Love this pet supplies plus location!! All the staff is incredibly friendly, but Jake in the grooming department is amazing! I really appreciate how patient & helpful he is with getting my dog used to the bath and blow dryer. Highly recommend!

We have been coming here for about a year or so now for washing our dog, nail trimmings, etc. We LOVE it! We also cannot express our thanks enough to the very kind gentleman who was working the day that I came in with our elderly dog who was not doing good...I was continually crying, and this man (I wish I knew his name) that was working the register, stopped multiple times to talk with me, take deep breaths with me, gave some advice, and even let me wash our dog for free that day. To that employee--thank you SO much! We took our dog to the vet and found out she was having old dog vestibular disease occur (which is why she kept having stroke like symptoms). All of this to say, we greatly love this store and we will continue coming as long as we have pets.

Loved my grooming experience with my two dogs here and the owners are so nice they make you want to shop there.

The employee at the front had an off-leash dog that barked at me and my dog in an unfriendly way immediately upon entering. It then barked and followed us as we went down the treat aisle until called back by the employee. This repeated in the dog food aisle. Checkout took a very long time because the dog kept barking and the employee kept going over to admonish it. I don’t mind if employees bring their pets to work at a pet store, but this was ridiculous. It should at a minimum be on leash at all times.

I’ve been taking our dog there monthly for a few years for nail trimming. Used to do it ourselves, but she wouldn’t let us anymore. Each of the groomers we’ve had have been fabulous.
